Founder of Education Corner, Jennifer Dale brings a wealth of global experience, having worked with some of the largest education and care providers worldwide. Her career has taken her across the UK, Dubai, and Australia, where she has taught various international curriculums and significantly elevated education standards.

Jennifer holds a BA (Hons) in Education & Community Studies and a PGCE in Early Years Education. With almost 20 years of experience as an Early Years and Primary teacher, she has spent many years in executive managerial roles. Her extensive career includes positions as Vice Principal, National Manager for Education & Compliance for two of Australia’s largest childcare providers, General Manager ,Consultant, and Assessor. Today, she owns and operates Education Corner Consultancy as a passion project founded upon the dream of providing unique education and care that feels just like sending your child to grandma’s house—a warm, nurturing environment filled with fun activities and enriching educational experiences, all wrapped up with love and care

As a child, Jennifer dreamt of becoming either a teacher or an ice cream lady. She followed her first passion and now enjoys a career filled with play, fun, and making a positive impact on children's lives.

Jennifer is known for her infectious energy, holistic approach to learning, and unwavering dedication to providing children with the best education and care experiences.

Outside of work, she is a dedicated mother, grandmother and partner. She’s always open to connecting, so feel free to reach out and give her a call.

Co-Founder of Education Corner, Fiona Alston is a seasoned professional renowned for her expertise in education management. For over 30 years, Fiona has successfully navigated both non-profit and for-profit domains, displaying a remarkable talent for motivating teams and strategic thinking.

Fiona is at the forefront of creating safe and enriching environments for all children by leading the charge in ensuring children's safety and promoting effective learning including the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive learning and development programs and environments that are pivotal in cultivating contemporary early childhood culture that aligns with state-based Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks, compliance, National regulations, Law and building codes.

Fiona has held key leadership roles in renowned early education entities, including Chief of Pedagogy and Safeguarding Officer, Chief Operations Officer (COO), Company Director/Persons with Management Control, General Manager Education and Operations, National Operations Manager.

Fiona’s journey began as a child, where her passion for teaching and leadership took root. As a young girl, she transformed her cubbyhouse into an imaginary classroom filled with dolls and teddies, instilling her love for learning and care. This dream evolved into a lifelong mission to empower educators to create environments where children flourish as happy, confident individuals.

Fiona is a champion for child-safe environments, enhanced educational standards, and compliance. Her work is centered on prioritising the well-being of children while equipping educators with the tools and inspiration to foster nurturing spaces.

Fiona balances her professional dedication with a life at home, sharing adventures and laughter with her husband and three children. Her wit, authenticity, and passion for life shine through in everything she does, making her a true force in early childhood education.
